Rainbow Waterfall

Rachel from Brighter Horizons, came into our school to work with students as part of a self healing and mindset and wellbeing focus day. She was excellent in delivering a session around coping strategies for stress and anxiety particularly associated with those going into exams. The session was thought provoking as well as informative and students reported that it has given them real life ways in which to cope and handle added pressure at a difficult time in their lives. Rachel was diligent in her approach to the day and was a real asset. Several students spoke to Rachel on a 1:1 basis over break and lunchtime regarding themes which were raised during the group session. As an organisation we were extremely grateful to Rachel and are looking forward to working with Brighter Horizons in the future.

Rainbow and Waterfall

I felt lost, alone, anxious. I felt had no purpose, but working with Rachel; I have worked through what was causing the feelings and now I walk taller and feel free to be me.

Anyone who wants to be anxiety and depression free, get in touch, I can’t thank Rachel enough for the freedom she taught me.

I started by reading Rachel’s book, Life, the Universe & M.E. Punch Anxiety in the face. I had worked with coaches in the past and nothing helped. I was dubious, but reading the book, I felt something.

I got in touch, we had a call and needless to say I booked on her course, I have never looked backed. My journey continues, but I know this time is the right time.
